FlightTune PX4 is a browser-based PX4 ULog viewer for flight review and flight data analysis. Its interactive PX4 replay supports multiple 3D views and video export, alongside searchable flight management, multi-log graph comparison, automated diagnostics, system identification, PID tuning, debriefing, and reports.

1. Upload a PX4 .ulg file. 2. Review its flight information and warnings. 3. Select one to three logs using Compare. 4. Open Graph Analysis, then use the other analysis and export tools only when needed.
In Flight Data, check Compare beside one to three logs. The selected logs appear in the comparison bar. Choose Open Analysis to load them; checking a row alone does not download graph data.
Open the uploaded row and confirm its name, aircraft unit, pilot, time, place, sharing scope, and warnings. Correct these first so comparisons, statistics, and shared links remain easy to understand.
Enter a name that identifies the individual aircraft, such as Mavic 001 or Test Vehicle B. Use the same name for every flight by that aircraft. Vehicle type and model are detected separately when available.
Keep the page open. FlightTune shows server preparation time first, followed by received size, transfer speed, and estimated time remaining. The same log is usually faster the next time because parsed data is cached.
Open Flight Information to see which accessible log matches it. Keep the better-organized copy and delete the unnecessary duplicate after checking its owner, notes, sharing scope, and attachments.
A sortie is one flight log. A preset is a ready-made group of related graphs. Alignment places compared flights on a common time reference such as log start, arming, or takeoff.
Flight Review is excellent for standardized, single-log vehicle-health review and sharing. FlightTune focuses on an ongoing flight-test workflow: managing private and team logs, comparing up to three flights, reviewing parameters and weather together, 3D replay, control-response and system-identification analysis, and creating debriefing material. The tools are complementary.
PlotJuggler is a powerful general-purpose tool for high-performance time-series visualization, live streams, plugins, and custom transforms. FlightTune requires no desktop installation and provides PX4-oriented presets, flight-to-flight comparison, team data management, diagnostics, 3D replay, controller analysis, and reporting in one guided workflow. Use PlotJuggler for unrestricted signal exploration and FlightTune for repeatable PX4 flight-test review and collaboration.
The uploader, administrators, and members of a team with which the log is shared can edit flight information.
It measures log readiness and data quality for analysis. It is not a flight-performance or safety rating.
You can explore demo logs, charts, diagnostics, 3D replay, and previews. Sign in to upload or export files.
Private logs are visible only to the owner, team-shared logs to selected teams, and public logs to all signed-in users.
Debriefing creates a presentation-oriented PPTX. Reports provide a document-style preview for printing or PDF output.
FlightTune PX4 analyzes PX4 ULog files with the .ulg extension.
Not yet. ArduPilot DataFlash .BIN and .log files are currently unavailable because FlightTune is built around PX4 ULog topics and parameters. ArduPilot support is planned for future development. Your interest and sponsorship can help accelerate implementation and flight-data validation.
FlightTune enables only features supported by the selected logs. An item can be unavailable when the required uORB topic, setpoint, flight mode, sampling rate, or controller parameter was not recorded. Check each log's available data and PX4 logging profile.
Tokens are used for resource-intensive actions such as uploads, loading new flight data, video export, and advanced analysis. System identification is charged once per data-axis pair in each login session; precise reruns and PID tuning do not add another charge. Current costs appear in small information tooltips, while your balance and history are available in My FlightTune. Private, team-shared, and public logs use the same action costs, and refill coupons are used only after your confirmation.
A current desktop version of Chrome or Edge is recommended for large logs, 3D replay, video export, and detailed charts. Mobile browsers are suitable for quick review, but flight comparison and editing are more comfortable on a desktop display.
FlightTune counts human-confirmed member and guest visits to improve the service and understand signup conversion. It stores an anonymous first-party visitor hash and, when supplied by a trusted proxy, coarse country/region codes. Raw IP addresses and browser fingerprints are not stored for this statistic, and search crawler page loads are excluded.
